AM8563-0K10-00001 permanent magnet inertia synchronous three phase servo motor offers controlled and steady landscapes variants of 100-480 AC voltage. Still and peak torque of 29.0Nm and 111Nm respectively makes this motor well suited in applications where a proportion load-to motor inertia is desired for harmony and relative operation zones in similar modes. Rated speed 1500 rpm and rated power 3.50kw allow for great performance at all times and power requirements.
Resolver and absolute encoders (OCT, Hiperface and Marposs EnDat 3) including up to 24bit resolution and SIL 2 or SIL 3 safety compliance are incorporated into the closed-loop control of the servo motor. Rotor moment of inertia is 66.1 kgcm2 making it possible to remain stable especially where load is not constant. AM8563-0K10-0000 is thermally protected so no additional measures are required and cool edges reach. Expanded aperture IP54 up to IP65 is possible due to an optional shaft seal when it is working in such demanding industrial surroundings. The aluminum case conforms to RAL7016 coated stubborn grey powder which combines strength and anti-corrosion properties.
An IM B5, IM V1 or IM V3 configuration for mounting the unit is also afforded to the motor which has a shaft measuring 32 mm. This particular motor is also fitted with M23 speedtec® plug connection technology. The permanent magnet holding brakes are optional but are useful in applications where the axis rotates in a vertical position. The AM8563 is composed of reliable and powerful features, making it acceptable for various automation applications which require high inertia requirements.
