Product Description:
The AM8542-1F10-0000 is a sophisticated industrial duty three-phase synchronous motor with permanent magnet excitation. It is effective within a nominal voltage of 100 up to 480 V AC. The motor is rated with stand still torque of 4.10 Nm and a rated torque of 3.70 Nm and can produce a peak torque of 18.5 Nm at the outside diameter at a rated speed of 5000 min⁻¹, Power output of 1.94 kW. This electrical machine exhibits standstill current of 4.10 A and peak current rating of up to 22.7 A with a torque constant rating of 1.00 Nm/A.
However, other than the annoying noise claimed by the ORMEE funnel, this motor performs up to 18 bit resolution based on OCT (One Cable Technology) feedback as per the single turn or multi-turn absolute encoder. Positioning of this new motor enhancement so as to achieve high integrations benefitting the Bosch Rexroth eco-system is made possible with the high resolution feedback. The type used within the said enclosed assembly is air cooled and permitted the motor to continuously function in ambient temperatures between +5 °C and +40 °C. The said M23 speedtec® plug technology is utilized for making connections to the motor and is considered to be a reliable and safe telecommunications connection technology for use in industrial applications.
The motor performance data does not include the voltage constant that is the only performance data given based on 40-degree Celsius ambient temperature and 100k winding overtemperature at other performance data. These values can have a bias of about 10%. If a gear unit is attached to the motor, the power output may be reduced by a margin of 20% because of heat limitations due to the fact that the gear unit fixed onto the motor flange is a barrier to heat dispersal.
