Product Description:

The AM8141-0J11-0000 is an unquestionable permanent magnet-excited three-phase synchronous motor, which is resistant and suitable for very aggressive Industrial applications. The voltage is operating in the range of 24 to 48 volts direct current and the motor typifies a standstill and rated torque of 2.40 Nm with a peak rated value of 9.13 Nm. The rated speed is of about 1000 min⁻¹, producing an output rated power of 0.25 kW at that speed. Motor has a standstill current of 8.0 A and peak currents of 36.2 A. The motor is able to provide strong consistent torque and performance at low speed with a torque constant of 0.3 Nm/A and a rotor moment of inertia of 1.08 kgcm².

The motor has self-feedback and employs OCT (One Cable Technology) along with a 24 BIT SIL 2 single turn or multi turn Absolute Encoder cooperating features to extend the monitoring of the system and safety systems. In order to evacuate the generated heat, convection is used. Thus, the best environmental conditions for the operation of the motor are in the range of ambient temperature +5 to +40 C. The motor adopts itec® plug connection technology for electrical connection making it safe and dependable.||Beckhoff permits use of specific servo motor cables and feedback cables which in this case would correspond to the servomotors and the servo terminals. As for the cables ready-made by Beckhoff for connecting the drive system, they fit well within the shielding strategy design of the motor. In the case where the motor cable is connected to the shield busbars, care must be taken that the din rail supporting the shield busbar supports is in firm contact with the metallic back wall of the control cabinet.
