Product Description:

There is a mineral permanent magnet excitation of AM8131-0J20-0000 motor which places it amongst high-precision threes phase synchronous motors for optimized industrial applications. With a specified range of operational voltage of 24 to 48 V DC, the motor gives a standstill torque of 1.35 Nm and rated torque of 1.34 Nm. Human-like AI Patterns and Speeches Control Without Power Peak This can be sustained at a speed of 1800 min⁻¹ with the motor providing a rated power of 0.25 kW peak torque of 6.07 Nm. No other motor delivers both torque and speed within the rotating tools rendering the motor useful for many industrial processes.

The standstill current is rated at 8.0 A while the motor has a higher peak current rating of 44.7 A. Controlling torque constant at the level of 0.169 Nm/A and the rotor moment of inertia being 0.462 kgcm² enables the motor to operate with dynamic behavior which is well optimized where precise torque is required. For feedback, the motor is fitted with several advanced features including a resolver, a single-turn absolute encoder, and various configurations of OCT (One Cable Technology). This includes a 24-bit SIL 2 encoder, a single-turn encoder, 19-bit resolution SIL 2 encoders with EnDat 3 feedback. These feedback systems allow for highly accurate position control and are designed to endure severe stress adding more reliability to the motor when used in critical applications.

There are specific guidelines that should be adhered to in the operation of this motor, including safety rules that minimization risks of electric shock. Electrical wiring and installation should be done only by qualified and trained electrical personnel. Make sure the motor is still de-energized and that there is no power supply to any of the attached equipment, prior to assembling and/or wiring up the equipment.
