Product Description:
The AM8122-0F01-0000 is a high-performance motor designed as a permanent magnet three-phase synchronous motor which can handle precision operations in any given application. The voltage of this electric motor ranges in nominal voltage amount of 24 to forty-eight volts and produces a standstill and rated torque of 0.80 Nm with a peak torque of 4.06 Nm. This equipment is capable of performing the most stringent tasks with a 2000 min⁻¹ rated speed and power of 0.17 kW.
The current rated value is quite suitable with the motor's torque constant of 0.20 Nm/A such that sufficient torque is made available during operation. A moment of inertia of rotor (0.253 kgcm²) serves well the purpose of swift speeding up or slowing down, in this case making it economical. The circuit integration of AM8122-0F01-0000 is provided with a resolver and a single turn absolute encoder on line making motor control with feedback precise.
The activity of heat removal is by convection thereby enabling the equipment to perform in the environment between +5 and +40 degree Celsius. The motor includes Itec® plug connection technology providing reliable electrical connections. It is fitted with rotary, angular connectors for the power circuit, power supply or signal feedback wireless and signal wire for feedback resolvers only, but the connectors mating and not incorparable are available separately. Extreme operating conditions are not a problem for the AM8122-0F01-0000 due to its functioning vibration facility EN 60068-2-6 50 g / 10…2000 Hz (and) shock fortitude EN 60068-2-27 at 100 g / 6 ms. This particular motor has been developed to address requirements in applications demanding high precision and high durability, thus can be applied in conditions when stability, accuracy, and reliability are key considerations.
