The Beckhoff AM8043-1KH0-0000 is a high speed synchronous servo motor engineered for precision motion control applications in state of the art automation environments. This motor is part of Beckhoff's robust AM8000 series which is known for its permanent magnet excitation and three phase design that guarantee high efficiency, fast response and long drive life. The rated power output is 3.43 kW at rated speed of 8000 min degrees C, making the motor suitable for applications calling for both high speed and steady power output.

It is capable of delivering a rated torque of 4.10 Nm, a peak torque of 29.3 Nm and so is suitable for handling load fluctuations and sharp acceleration when required. The motor comes with a resolver interface for precise and reliable feedback, and can also be used with 18 bit or 24 bit absolute encoders for accurate position control in closed loop systems. It is also the convection cooling system that keeps the heat away without relying on fans or external cooling units, and is silent and maintenance free.

The motor provides a high speed performance with sufficient torque for responsive control, with a torque constant of 0.60 Nm/A, a rotor moment of inertia of 2.87 kgcm^2, and is therefore suitable for robotics, CNC machinery, packaging systems, automated production lines and so on. The nominal voltage operating range is 100 - 480 V AC, and it has international certification including CE, cURus, EAC (for CEU), demonstrating compliance to global safety and performance standards.
