The servo layout combines a permanent-magnet rotor with integrated brake and encoder hardware, creating the motor element of a complete motion axis for Beckhoff EtherCAT drive controllers. The holding brake requires 24 VDC, and this dedicated supply keeps the rotor stationary when motor torque is removed.
