AM3043-0E41-0000 is a Beckhoff industrial motor. It is part of the AM3000 series. This is a series of brushless motors with integrated feedback sensors. Various feedback sensor options are available, including resolvers, single turn and multi turn encoders. AM3043-0E41-0000 is motor that is equipped with a multi turn encoder with BISS interface. BISS is an acronym for Bidirectional Synchronous Serial Interface, a communication protocol for connecting encoders and control systems.
