The integrated OCT multi-turn encoder supplies absolute position data through a single-cable link, allowing power and feedback signals to share one hybrid connector. Multi-turn position information is retained after power loss, helping the controller recover the axis position without repeating a full reference procedure. A 58 mm square flange aligns with standard mounting patterns and allows the motor to attach directly to compatible gearboxes or adapter plates. Because the motor is supplied without a holding brake, drive torque or an external locking device must secure the load while power is removed.
