Product Description:
The AM3023-1D41-0000 is a synchronous servo motor manufactured by Beckhoff and assigned to the AM Synchronous Servo Motors series. Within industrial automation lines, the motor integrates with EtherCAT or analog servo drives to deliver tightly regulated torque for positioning tables, index conveyors, and secondary packaging mechanisms. It converts electrical command sequences into rotational motion that follows programmed profiles with low latency, allowing machine controllers to hold, accelerate, or reverse a load exactly where required. It also supports repeatable motion in tightly packed machine layouts with low mechanical backlash.
Mechanical installation and electrical service points are standardized for straightforward machine integration. The integrated holding brake is energized with 24 VDC, locking the rotor when power is removed to secure vertical or suspended loads. A circular mounting face with a 58 mm flange centers the stator in gearboxes or frames without additional adapters. Position data are returned to the drive through a Hiperface multi-turn 128 SinCos from F6 encoder, which provides absolute resolution over 128 revolutions. Static load retention reaches 2 Nm of holding torque, and field wiring can enter through a rotatable angular connector or terminal box, depending on the machine layout.
Power is transmitted through a shaft with groove and feather key produced in accordance with DIN 6885, which helps prevent slip during reversing duty. Thermal dissipation, back EMF, and rated current follow winding code D, allowing the unit to pair with medium-power servo inverters while staying within permissible temperature rise. Overall envelope length is set by size index 3, which keeps the body compact for clustered multi-axis gantries and similar space-limited equipment.
