This supports accurate indexing, repeatable cycle timing, and stable motion across applications that require frequent starts, stops, and direction changes. The motor uses a 194 mm flange, which provides a broad mounting surface for rigid attachment to machine frames. The brake circuit operates on 24 VDC, allowing it to be supplied from a common control-voltage source. Position feedback is provided by an OCT multi-turn encoder, so the controller receives absolute shaft position over multiple revolutions without a homing move after power loss.
