Product Description:

The X20DO9322 is a digital output module that is under the B & R Automation X20 Series which can be implemented as an independent node that offers industrial automation digital outputs. This module has 12 outputs and every single one of them can provide a nominal output current of 0.5 A, total nominal current capacity of 6 A The X20DO9322 has a standard operating voltage of 24VDC that is equivalent to normal levels of industrial voltage.

The structure of this module has a 1-wire connection type and digital source output configuration, this decision decreases the number of necessary cables and makes installation easier. A switching voltage range and a tolerance of this model X20DO9322 is 24 VDC with a tolerance of -15 % to + 20 % considering the changes of the supply voltage. For operational accuracy the thermal cutoff has been incorporated in order to shut down the module in case of excess current or short circuit operations as well as an internal inverse diode that protects the module in the case of voltage spikes and back emf when controlling inductive loads.

The X20DO9322 also comes with high speed switching that has a turn-on/off time of less than 300 microseconds. In terms of protection, this module can support a maximum short circuit current of up to 12 A, making it protected against flows that may hike up and subsequently hurt the system. The power supply can be installed in both vertical and horizontal position and has operating temperature of -25 degrees C to 60 degrees C when mounted horizontally and -25 degrees C to 50 degrees C when mounted vertically.

For storage, the module can support -40 degrees C to 85 degrees C temperature range in order to maintain efficiency even when exposed in high and low temperatures.
