Product Description:

The 3XP152.60-1 is a CPU module developed by B&R Automation for use in industrial automation applications. The module is designed without the need for a dedicated slot and is compatible with multiple platforms, including PS465, PS694, PS754, and PS794. It offers a compact form factor with dimensions of 130 × 28 × 105 mm and supports a range of control and communication functions.

The 3XP152.60-1 CPU module has 138 KB of system SRAM and 118 KB of user SRAM. The module supports FlashPROMs that use the RS232 interface and PG2000 software version 2.20 or later. The RS232 interface supports 64 kBaud of data per second and has a 9-pin D-type male socket. The RS232 interface has no electrical isolation. The electrically independent CAN interface supports baud rates of up to 500 kBit/s and bus lengths of up to 1000 m. The CAN node addresses are set up using HEX dial switches. Instructions are separated by 0.8 µs intervals. To restart the module, press the button behind its door. The functionality to track batteries has been included in revision 12.00 and later. The status LEDs display Mode, CAN, Ready, RUN, and Error.

The 3XP152.60-1 module is compatible with a real-time clock that needs external buffering and has a resolution of 1 second. There is a cap of 4 W on power consumption. Its small form factor, separated CAN connectivity, and customizable memory make it an ideal CPU module for use in industrial automation settings. Supporting versatility in system design, the module's mounting method enables immediate insertion without occupying a designated slot. A PG2000 is in charge of all memory and programming operations. Accurate and dependable control tasks are supported by the module.
