3AT650.6 is an 8-channel analog input module. It is part of B&R Automation’s System 2005 series. Terminal blocks are not supplied with the module and must be ordered separately. Different terminal blocks are available for different requirements. Operators can order the terminal block that suits their requirements. Maximum temperature limit for the module is 750 degrees Celsius. The input sensor sort is FeCuNi and the sensor type is L. The input sensor is DIN 43710 compliant. An internal digital converter performs conversion of the analog input to digital format. The module has differential inputs with input resistance that exceeds 1 megaohms. A green RUN LED on the module provides status information for the module. Additionally, there are status LEDs for the connected input channels.
The module requires 24 Volts DC and 5 Volts DC power. Accuracy of the temperature sensor is ±0.5% at 25 degrees Celsius. The external terminal temperature compensation is -100 to 200 degrees Celsius. The internal terminal temperature compensation is -20 to 80 degrees Celsius. The 3AT650.6 module is protected against wiring with supply voltage. Protection class of the module is IP20>..
