Part number ECINT1-0, made by B&R Automation’s ECZ Multi Analog Module, is a high-density analog insulating boot that provides the best control in an industrial automation setting.

It is made out of a solid elastomer material, which is very flexible and resilient, and this makes its performance reliable in tough conditions. The insulating boot is efficient over the soaring range of temperatures as low as -55°C to as high as 105°C, a factor that qualifies the product for numerous uses in industries as well as outdoor activities. Its dielectric strength is 20kV/mm, and it also provides superior electrical insulation, protecting components against arcing, short circuits, and electrical breakdown. It is 1.0 mm thick, making it strike the right balance between durability and flexibility, so the boot fits tightly over parts without creating undue thickness.
