Product Description:

The X20CA0E61.00030 motor cable has a 3-pin spring clamp connector and can handle 10 A of current. The Motor Cables CM16 line from B&R Automation contain this wire. It can handle temperatures from -25°C to +60°C and is both UL and RoHS compliant. The mechanical parameters consist of a length of 0.3 m (meters), a diameter of 6.7 mm (millimeters) ±0.2 mm (with fluctuation, in either direction of 2 mm), a weight of 0.058 kg/m (kilograms/meters). As far as the radius of curvature specifications are concerned, for fixed setup, the outer diameter must be no less than 4 (four) times bigger than the internal diameter, and for flexible setting up it must be a minimum of eight (08) times greater.

Let us shift our focus towards the environmental conditions, for transport, the temperature range should be within -from 40 to 80° C (measured in Celsius scale). For fixed installation, the temperature range should not exceed from 40 to 80° C (measured in Celsius scale). And lastly, for flexible installation, the ambient temperature range should fall within the range of from 10 to 60° C (measured in Celsius scale). When it comes the degree of protection as per the EN 60529, the cable is certified for IP67.

However, for the connector labeled as RJ45, the level of protection is IP20. However, it is important to note that, this degree of protection will stand valid only in the case of correct connection. For test voltage, for the thread – voltage, the measurement is 1000 Volts, and for the cable screen, the measurement stands at 1000 Volts. As far as the Conductor resistance is concerned, the value stands at ≤145 Ω/km at 20 degrees Celsius.
