Product Description:

The 8ECM0003.1031C-0 is an ACOPOS P3 series motor cable designed for industrial applications. It offers reliable connectivity for transferring power from ACOPOS servo drives to motors in high-speed automation environments. Engineered to support uninterrupted performance, this cable includes four power lines designed to ensure stable and efficient energy transmission. With a cross-sectional area of 4 mm², the power wires are capable of carrying higher currents with minimal voltage drop, making them suitable for powering motors with consistent and efficient performance. The cable also comes with four dedicated signal lines with a 2 x 0.75 mm² + 2 x 1.0 mm² cross section.

The 8ECM0003.1031C-0 motor cable has a total length of 3 meters, making it well-suited for connecting ACOPOS P3 servo drives to motors. The 3-meter length supports clean, organized layouts while allowing sufficient slack for cable routing and strain relief. The cable is equipped with an 8-pin female connector, which provides a standardized interface for reliable motor connections. It features Speedtec locking mechanism which ensures quick, hassle-free assembly. This cable is designed to accommodate use in drag chains. It is built to withstand repeated bending, flexing and mechanical strain without degradation in performance.

For enhanced durability, this cable comes with oil resistance in per DIN EN 60811-404 standards. This ensures that the cable remains intact even when exposed to industrial oils and lubricants commonly found in machine environments. The cable is protected by an outer jacket made of TPU with an orange outer jacket for high visibility on factory floors and within control cabinets. This cable is built to support a maximum operating voltage of 1000 VAC as per UL standards.
