Product Description:

The 8ECH0020.1111A-0 is a Motor Cable powered by B & R Automation company. It is engineered for connecting motors in industrial automation systems. This cable contains four power lines for current transmission. Each power line is made of copper stranded wire. The wire insulation material used is PP for thermal stability.

The color coding of the power wires of 8ECH0020.1111A-0 motor cable is black, brown, blue, and yellow/green. Each wire has a cross-section of 1.5 mm². These wires are not shielded and do not feature stranding. Two additional supply lines are included for auxiliary functions. These supply wires are made of tinned copper stranded wire. Each wire is insulated with PP to ensure safe operation. The wire colors are white/blue and white/green. Each supply wire has a cross-section of 0.75 mm². No shielding or stranding is applied to these lines. The 8ECH0020.1111A-0 motor cable also includes six signal lines. Two signal wires are copper stranded, while four are tinned copper stranded. The insulation for all signal wires is made of PP. The cross-section is 0.30 mm² for two wires and 0.15 mm² for the remaining four. The signal wires are paired and stranded to reduce interference.

The 8ECH0020.1111A-0 motor cable filler elements and a foil shield for the structure. The cable shield uses the same copper braiding as the signal lines. The outer jacket is PUR and colored orange, matching RAL 2003 flat. Test voltage is rated at 4 kV for wire-to-wire and wire-to-shield. Power line resistance is ≤13.3 Ω/km. Supply line resistance is ≤26 Ω/km. The cable supports 20.2 A on wall mounting, 17.8 A in conduit, and 20.9 A in tray. The temperature range is -20 °C to +90 °C for both static and moving use. The total cable weight is 4.8 kg.
