Product Description:

The product 8BCM0007.1111A-0 CM16 Motor Cable is manufactured by B & R Automations. These cables are designed to meet the demands of high-performance motors. The CM16 Motor Cables offer enhanced durability and oil resistance that complies with the HD 22.10 standard. The design includes four power lines and four signal lines.

The 8BCM0007.1111A-0 CM16 Motor Cable has a power line using tinned copper stranded wire with a cross-section of 1.5 mm^2 and is insulated with PP. The signal lines also insulated with PP have a smaller cross-section of 0.75 mm^2. This configuration guarantees efficient power and signal transmission in various industrial systems. The CM16 Motor Cables are equipped with an 8-pin female Speedtec motor connector of size 1. This connector features eight contacts that include four for power and four for signal. The cable's outer jacket is made of TPU which provides excellent flexibility and resistance to wear. The cables are rated for a maximum operating voltage of 1000 VAC. The wire-to-wire test voltage is 5kV and the wire-to-shield test voltage is 4kV. These high-test voltages guarantee the cables can handle demanding electrical conditions. The cables are also designed for ease of installation with clearly color-coded power lines that are black, brown, blue and yellow/green.

The 8BCM0007.1111A-0 CM16 Motor Cable has a conductor resistance for the power lines is =< 13.7 ohm/km while for the signal lines it is =< 26.7 ohm/km. The insulation resistance is =>500 ohms*km which provides long-term reliability in various operational environments. The current-carrying capacity is rated at 20 A when wall-mounted and 17.8 A when installed in conduit or cable duct. The cable length is 7 meters and the diameter is 12.2 mm ~ 0.3 mm.
