Product Description:

The 5CAMPH.0100-10 Motor Cable is designed and manufactured by B & R Automation, and its maximum operating voltage is rated at 30 VDC to be compatible with low-voltage motion systems. This cable has a length of 10 m ±0.1 m and a precise diameter of 10 mm, which provides uniform physical characteristics needed in high-precision systems.

Designed to run under dynamic situations, the 5CAMPH.0100-10 cable enables continuous motion within the ambient temperature of -5 to 60 °C, thus providing a broad scope in temperature fluctuation areas. This cable’s 60 mm minimum bend radius provides frequent flexing without harming the internal conductors and provides safe operation in motion systems involving repetitive motion. The external sheath of this cable consists of a silicone-free and halogen-free PUR outer jacket, which gives it long-term strength and environmental and safety approval. This PUR jacket is also flame retardant, tested to IEC 60332-1 and VW1 / FT1 certification, and tested according to C-UL standards for safe operation in areas where ignition sources can occur. This cable is designed to be resistant to oils and fluid exposure, with its oil and hydrolysis resistance being rated according to VDE 0282-10, which minimizes wear.

The shield attenuation of this cable complies with IEC 60096-1, Amendment 2, and provides interference protection from signal interference. The internal supply lines of this cable consist of tinned copper stranded wires, which are highly conductive and corrosion-resistant. A durable ODU circular connector is also incorporated in this cable, with a push-pull locking design for convenient and secure mounting. This design minimizes the failure of connections and provides vibration resistance. With a weight rating of 153 g/m and a tension rating of 140 N, the 5CAMPH.0100-10 motor cable is strong, lightweight, and designed for active automation applications.
