The B&R AP1000 panels can be used to create Automation Panel 1000, Panel PC 900, Panel PC 2100, and Panel PC 3100 systems. These systems are versatile and can be coupled in different ways to meet specific operational requirements. They are also very adaptable in that one system can be easily converted into the other.

The 5AP1120.1043-000 features a thin-film-transistor color display, and its display screen has a diagonal of 10.4 inches with a VGA resolution of 640×480 pixels. It also has a single-touch analog AMT touch screen model. It is equipped with a USB 2.0 Type-A interface with a maximum current carrying capacity of 500mA. Using this interface, data can be transferred at a maximum speed of 480Mbt/s. This panel possesses a naturally anodized aluminum front frame. It also has a LED backlight with a half brightness time of 70,000 hours and a brightness range of 22.5 to 450 cd/m².

There is a 3mm built-in gasket in the 5AP1120.1043-000 used to create a seal between the panel and other devices to prevent gas and fluid leakage. The panel is best transported in a space with n ambient temperature range of -25°C to +80°C. Its back end is also completely contact-proof and cannot be penetrated by external objects with a diameter of 12mm or more. For efficient operations, this panel requires a minimum ambient temperature of 0°C.  It has a contrast of 900:1 and displays 16.7 million colors.  It is a suitable panel for coupling the Automation Panel 1000 and all Panel PC systems. In addition, it is a product of Pollution Degree 2.
