Product Description:
The APCCF3/1 PCB is a compact board designed for communication and multimedia interfaces. It supports multiple I/O options for versatile usage in embedded and industrial systems. The board is optimized for efficient power management, data transfer and peripheral connectivity.
The B & R Automation APCCF3/1 PCB features four USB Type A ports arranged in two stacked pairs. It includes two RJ45 Ethernet ports to enable dual LAN connectivity. For display, the board provides one DVI-I dual link output supporting both digital and analog signals. It has two DB9 connectors for RS232 serial communication. The board integrates three 3.5 mm audio jacks for line-in, line-out and microphone input functions. A 4 pin ATX style power connector supplies the required board voltage. The board has one coaxial digital audio output or RF input that is suitable for digital sound or signal reception. For cooling and EMI protection, it features passive heatsinks and metal shielding components. The board includes two black card edge expansion slots that allows easy integration with compatible peripherals. The high capacity electrolytic capacitors are mounted to ensure stable power distribution and ripple suppression.
The clock distribution in this APCCF3/1 PCB is handled by an ICS 9DB106BGLF buffer IC. This chip delivers one differential input to six HCSL differential outputs with zero delay. It supports PCIe Gen 1 and Gen 2 applications with jitter attenuation capabilities. The device operates with an input voltage range between 3.135 V and 3.465 V and a maximum output frequency of approximately 105 MHz. It is housed in a 28 pin TSSOP package and controlled via SMBus. The clock buffer operates reliably within a standard temperature range of 0 degrees C to + 70 degrees C.
