Product Description:

The 8ECR0010.1111C-0 is a flexible servo feedback and power cable produced by B & R Automation within the ACOPOS P3 Cables series. Designed for dynamic routing between ACOPOS P3 drive modules and associated motor or I/O hardware, the cable carries low-voltage supply lines and differential signals required for closed-loop motion control in automated machinery. It serves as the interconnect for energy, encoder, and auxiliary lines in moving gantries, pick-and-place axes, and other equipment where continual flexing and precise data transmission are mandatory. This arrangement allows one cable to handle feedback and auxiliary functions in tight machine spaces where separate harnesses would be less practical.

Its conductor arrangement is 3x2x24 AWG (19×0.127), which keeps power and differential pairs separated to help minimize crosstalk. The overall cable outer diameter is 6.5 mm ±0.2 mm, which helps determine the space needed for drag chains and cabinet entries. For repetitive motion applications, the construction withstands more than 3,000,000 flex cycles without conductor breakage, and the PUR jacket resists oil and abrasion. Electrical integrity is supported by an insulation resistance greater than 200 MΩ·km, which helps limit leakage on long cable runs. During high-speed traverse, the assembly supports a travel speed of ≤4 m/s, and all conductors operate safely at ≤30 Veff for extra-low-voltage drive circuits.

When routed through cable chains, the cable requires a minimum dynamic bend radius of ≤50 mm, which helps prevent stress on the copper during motion and supports accelerations up to 6 g along linear axes. The braided screen provides ≥90% coverage, and together with the aluminum foil layer it helps limit emitted noise around the 6 internal signal conductors while line resistance remains within 86 Ω/km. A 12-pin female speedtec interface connects at one end, and the opposite end uses an 8-pin male Mini I/O plug for compact attachment to compatible encoder or sensor hardware.
