It links ACOPOS P3 drives to matching motors or I/O devices, carrying power and feedback signals so motion axes can be energized and monitored inside automated machinery and packaging lines. Its combined signal paths reduce wiring complexity where compact cabinet layouts and coordinated axis communication are required.
The conductor bundle is arranged as 4x 0.75 mm² + 2x 2x 0.34 mm², giving the larger cores enough copper cross-section for motor phase current while smaller twisted pairs handle sensor lines. Electromagnetic immunity is improved by a composite shield of Cu braid >85% + foil; the braid drains high-frequency noise, and the foil blocks lower-frequency interference. For safety, the cable is rated to carry a maximum of 1000 VAC between conductors and protective earth.
