The 8ECM0001.1031C-0 is a factory-terminated servo cable manufactured by B & R Automation within the ACOPOS P3 Cables series. It links an ACOPOS P3 drive module to its matching motor by carrying three-phase power, encoder signals, and protective ground in one jacketed assembly. This simplifies routing and reduces the number of separate cable runs in automated packaging, material-handling, and CNC systems.

The design uses 4x 0.75 mm² + 2x 2x 0.34 mm² conductors to separate power from low-level feedback circuits. An 8-Pin Female Series 915 connector with eight gold-plated contacts terminates the cabinet end and supports quick toolless mating. The assembly can deliver up to 13 A continuous current to the motor at an operating potential of 1000 VAC. Copper stranding and a PUR outer jacket allow at least 5,000,000 flex cycles in energy-chain layouts, extending service life in dynamic axes. A tough PUR sheath resists oils and weld spatter, while contact plating and conductor geometry maintain low micro-movement resistance for stable feedback quality throughout millions of motion cycles.
