B&R Automation's 8ECH0007.1B41C-0 is a hybrid power-and-signal cable in the ACOPOS P3 Cables series. It connects an ACOPOS P3 servo drive to a motor and encoder, carrying three-phase power, auxiliary supply, and feedback through one shielded cable run. The conductor set combines 4x1.5 mm², 2x0.75 mm², and 2x24 AWG wires, with an 8-pin female Speedtec hybrid plug at the drive end and an 8-pin male Mini I/O plug at the encoder end. A PUR outer jacket in orange resists oil exposure and makes the cable easier to identify along the machine frame.

The cable is supplied in a fixed length of 7 m, which suits short cabinet-to-axis routing without leaving excessive slack. Its round profile measures 13.2 mm in diameter, helping cable carriers and separators fit the assembly correctly. Dynamic motion is supported with a moving bend radius of ≤101.25 mm, and when that limit is observed the cable can withstand up to ≤3,000,000 flex cycles at travel speeds of 300 m/min. With a mass of 1.68 kg, it places only a modest load on energy-chain systems while still accommodating the shielding and internal fillers needed to reduce crosstalk and distribute mechanical stress.

The cable has a wall current-carrying capacity of 20.2 A, allowing the 1.5 mm² conductors to carry servo phase current without excessive heating. Electrical isolation is supported by an insulation resistance of ≥500 MΩ·km and a wire test voltage of 4 kV, indicating low leakage and suitable dielectric strength for typical 560 VDC bus conditions in the drive system. The mated connectors and PUR sheath provide a combined ingress protection rating of IP30 and IP66/67, so the assembly can be used in protected cabinet areas as well as wash-down zones. This layout allows power and feedback paths to remain bundled in a single cable while maintaining separation between the different signal types.
