This arrangement reduces wiring complexity between an ACOPOSremote drive and its control panel in industrial automation.
The cable core uses a cable cross section of 5x2.5 + 2x2x0.75 + 2x2x0.34 mm², so five power conductors carry motor current while paired signal and data conductors support feedback and communication. These power paths support a continuous load of 27.3 A, which suits mid-range servo axes over typical machine lengths. Termination is provided by a 15-pin female TYCO connector with 15 contacts arranged for separate power, signal, and data circuits. For real-time motion networks, the assembly also includes 4 data lines dedicated to fieldbus traffic.
