The 8CCH01X5.11230-1 hybrid cable is produced by B&R Automation within the 8CC ACOPOSremote Hybrid Cables series. This assembly combines power conductors, signal pairs, and data lines in a single flexible harness to link ACOPOSremote servo drives with motors or distributed I/O. Its factory-mounted 15-pin female Tyco connector allows direct attachment to the drive carrier, reducing installation time in automated machinery and keeping cabinet layouts compact. By combining energy and communication channels, the cable supports coordinated motion and status feedback over one lead, which helps reduce wiring errors in motion systems.

The conductor set is arranged as 5x2.5 + 2x2x0.75 + 2x2x0.34 mm², so five 2.5 mm² cores carry the main drive current, while two twisted pairs of 0.75 mm² and two finer pairs of 0.34 mm² handle brake, sensor, and communication signals. The overall jacket length is 1.5 m, which suits short cabinet-to-axis runs. The PUR sheath endures continuous motion, and in drag-chain testing the cable survives ≥5,000,000 flex cycles without conductor fatigue.
