Serving as the single trunk between a control cabinet and decentralized ACOPOSremote drive modules, it carries three separate circuits for power, servo feedback, and real-time communication within one outer jacket. In machine-building environments, this configuration reduces wiring complexity while providing the power and deterministic data flow required for coordinated multi-axis motion.
At the drive end, the bundle is fitted with a 15-Pin Female TYCO connector, which consolidates energy and signal contacts in one interface. The four data pairs each use conductors of 0.34 mm², a size that helps keep impedance stable for high-speed digital protocols while limiting cable diameter. Power delivery is handled by five cores with a cross section of 2.5 mm², enough to carry the phase current required by ACOPOSremote inverters.
