It integrates servo power, logic power, and real-time Ethernet pairs in a single jacket so one cable run can serve an ACOPOSremote drive from the control cabinet. Factory-installed 15-pin female TYCO connectors on both ends simplify installation, and the housings are rotated 180° to match the drive’s mating orientation. This design minimizes panel space while maintaining signal integrity between decentralized motion axes and the central controller.

The copper core mix follows a conductor arrangement of 2x2x0.34 + 4x0.75 + 5x2.5 mm²; the smaller pairs handle Ethernet and logic power, while the larger cores transfer drive current. Power conductors can carry up to 1000 V, and data pairs remain isolated for a maximum of 100 V, letting one cable serve both supply classes.
