The 8CCH0008.11110-1 hybrid cable is produced by B & R Automation within the 8CC ACOPOSremote Hybrid Cables series. It routes power conductors, signal pairs, and real-time Ethernet data in a single assembly so remote ACOPOS servo drives can be installed away from the main control cabinet without additional wiring. By combining supply and feedback lines, the product simplifies machine layouts and reduces panel space in industrial automation cells.

Its internal geometry consists of 5x 2.5 mm² + 4x 0.75 mm² + 4x 0.34 mm², giving separate power, signal, and data paths in one round cable. A tinned copper braiding and foil shield encloses every core bundle to suppress emitted noise and protect incoming fieldbus traffic. The stranded conductors are made of tinned copper, and each core is insulated with PE to keep capacitance low. When routed on open ladder trays, the assembly carries 29.1 A, while placement inside conduits or ducts limits continuous load to 27.3 A because of restricted airflow. A 15-pin female TYCO connector terminated at one end mates directly with ACOPOSremote drive modules, and its mechanical shell houses the full 15-contact array. The molded connector body and coupling nut furnish an IP65 seal against dust and water jets.

The outer jacket is PUR, a material selected for abrasion resistance and oil tolerance during constant motion. With a factory-cut length of 8 m, the cable reaches across linear axes or robot arms without splices, yet the overall mass stays manageable at 2.8 kg for easier routing through drag chains. The hybrid design supports power cores that can still deliver 23.7 A when mounted flat on vertical surfaces, while the 0.75 mm² signal and 0.34 mm² data pairs transfer encoder feedback and real-time control frames without crosstalk thanks to the continuous shield.
