The 8CCH0006.11230-1 hybrid cable is produced by B&R Automation for the 8CC ACOPOSremote Hybrid Cables series. Developed for decentralized servo drives, it combines power, signal, and communication cores in one assembly to simplify cabinet-to-motor wiring on modular machines. By carrying supply energy, control conductors, and Ethernet-based data in one sheath, the cable reduces panel openings and speeds installation.

The conductor mix is 5×2.5 mm² + 2×2×0.75 mm² + 2×2×0.34 mm², pairing larger power cores with smaller control and feedback pairs inside one jacket. Within cable trays it can deliver 29.1 A continuously, which supports full drive load without immediate thermal derating. The power conductors are rated for 1000 V for the main supply path. Copper resistance is limited to 8 Ω/km, and the dielectric design maintains at least 500 MΩ·km of insulation resistance to help preserve stable feedback signals.

Field termination uses a 15-pin TYCO female plug that can swivel through 180°, making routing easier in tight junction boxes or crowded machine frames.
