B & R Automation builds the 8CCH0005.11130-1 as part of its 8CC ACOPOSremote Hybrid Cables series. The product is a hybrid motor and encoder supply cable that links an ACOPOSremote module to decentralized servo axes, carrying power, feedback, and real-time data in one assembly to simplify machine wiring within industrial automation cells. By combining these functions in one cable, the assembly reduces the number of separate runs between the drive and the axis.

The fixed length of 5 m allows predictable routing inside cable chains and cabinets. Power conductors sized at 5 × 2.5 mm² can deliver up to 1000 V max to remote drives, while a separate data pair operates at 100 V max for low-level signals. Service life in dynamic applications is supported by at least 5,000,000 flex cycles, and motion systems can articulate the cable repeatedly as long as the minimum moving bend radius remains above 150 mm. Four signal cores of 0.75 mm² handle brake or sensor lines, and a screened quartet of 0.34 mm² data conductors helps preserve fieldbus integrity.
