The 8CCH0002.11110-1 hybrid cable is manufactured by B&R Automation for the 8CC ACOPOSremote Hybrid Cables series. It combines power conductors and signal pairs in a single line so that ACOPOSremote drive modules receive both high-current supply and real-time feedback without separate wiring. Within an automation cell, the cable forms the link between the cabinet-mounted power supply and distributed servo axes, reducing panel space and installation time for machine builders. Because power and feedback share one jacket, routing is simpler in compact machine sections where separate harnesses would take more space.

The assembly is supplied in a fixed length of 2 m and uses a finely stranded layout of 2x2x0.34 + 4x0.75 + 5x2.5 mm² to separate differential data pairs, control cores, and three-phase power lines. A 15-pin female TYCO connector terminates the cable, matching the interface on ACOPOSremote modules while maintaining 100 V data isolation.
