B & R Automation supplies the 8BCM0004.1312A-0 cable as part of the 8BC ACOPOS Cables series. It is an integrated power and signal harness for ACOPOS servo drives that connects a drive module to its matching synchronous motor in industrial automation systems. The assembly combines motor power conductors with brake and feedback cores inside one flexible jacket, which helps reduce cabinet wiring while maintaining electromagnetic compatibility. It is intended for moving-axis installations such as gantry arms, Cartesian pick-and-place modules, and packaging conveyors that require frequent dynamic bending.

The conductor layout of 4 x 4.0 mm² + 2 x 0.75 mm² + 2 x 1.0 mm² uses four equal power cores for the servo phases and separate smaller conductors for brake release and thermal sensor signals. A factory-terminated length of 4 m suits compact machine layouts and removes the need for manual cutting. The cable ends in an 8-pin female SpeedTec motor connector in size 1, and the quarter-turn bayonet supports fast attachment. Rated for 30 A, the assembly supports medium-frame servo motors without exceeding conductor temperature limits.
