The 8BCM0003.3034C-0 is a pre-assembled motor power and feedback cable produced by B & R Automation within the 8BC ACOPOS Cables series. It links ACOPOS servo drives to motors, carrying three-phase power and differential encoder signals through a single molded assembly that reduces cabinet wiring. The combined power-and-feedback format also reduces the number of separate cable runs and keeps moving harnesses easier to manage on compact equipment and articulated machine sections. By integrating shielded signal pairs alongside medium-gauge power conductors, the cable supports synchronous motion axes, conveyors, pick-and-place heads, and similar equipment where compact routing and dependable signal transmission are required.

The cable uses a conductor layout of 4 x 0.75 mm² + 2 x 2 x 0.34 mm², combining power and feedback cores within one sheath. Each conductor strand is made from tinned copper stranded wire, which helps limit oxidation and maintain low resistance during repeated flexing and long cable travel. Termination on the drive side uses an 8-pin female series 915 power connector, and the connector has 8 contacts with keyed orientation for correct mating. An orange outer jacket makes the cable easy to identify in machine wiring, while the PVC compound resists oil mist and supports continuous flex cycles in drag-chain applications.

Environmental sealing reaches IP66/67, so the assembly can withstand cleaning spray and short periods of immersion when installed on moving machine parts. That level of sealing is useful when the cable is routed near washdown zones, transfer units, or other exposed machine sections. Internally, 4 power conductors carry motor current, and each one uses PP insulation to reduce creep at elevated temperatures. Two twisted pairs with a conductor area of 0.34 mm² carry encoder feedback in the same cable run, which reduces the need for a separate feedback lead while helping maintain signal quality during motion.
