B&R Automation produces the 8BCM0002.3034C-0 cable as part of the 8BC ACOPOS Cables series. This preassembled motor and feedback lead is intended for ACOPOS servo drives, carrying power and signal lines between the controller and the moving axis within an industrial enclosure. By combining power cores and low-level feedback conductors in one jacket, the product simplifies routing and shortens installation time on production machinery while maintaining standard pinout integrity during maintenance cycles.

The composite conductor set contains 4x 0.75 mm² + 2x 2x 0.34 mm², so four power cores run alongside two twisted signal pairs for encoder or sensor communication. At a fixed length of 2 m, the harness suits short-stroke axes or panel mounting where excess slack is undesirable. Electromagnetic compatibility is improved by a dual shield consisting of tinned copper braiding and foil shield, which provides low- and high-frequency attenuation before the drain is tied to chassis. Termination is accomplished through an 8-Pin Female Series 915 connector that locks to the ACOPOS drive port and ensures consistent pin assignment. External insulation uses a PVC outer jacket that withstands common lubricants and permits tight bending during cabinet routing.
