The 80CM10001.21-01 is a pre-assembled power cable from B&R Automation’s 8BC ACOPOS Cables series. It connects an ACOPOS inverter to a motor in servo-drive systems and carries phase current with protective earth safely as one finished assembly. The molded motor-side plug supports consistent electrical contact in packaging equipment, pick-and-place axes, and other motion-control machines.
A cable length of 10 m allows runs from the control cabinet to a moving axis without a junction in between. The cable contains 5x 0.75 mm² conductors, giving separate paths for three phases, earth, and one auxiliary line. Its continuous-duty rating is 13 A for wall installation, which suits the current demand of many mid-range servo motors. The motor end uses a molded 4-pin male connector to provide keyed engagement and resist loosening under vibration.
The outer jacket is made of PUR, which helps the cable resist oil, abrasion, and coolant splash in industrial service.
