The 8B0C0160HC00.000-1 is a DC-link power supply module manufactured by B & R Automation for the 8B0 ACOPOS Multi Power Supplies series. It converts three-phase mains energy into a regulated 750 VDC bus that feeds multiple ACOPOS Multi servo inverters, allowing coordinated axis control on a common rail. By integrating line conversion, energy buffering, and protective monitoring in one housing, the unit simplifies cabinet layouts and supports compact machine designs in industrial automation.
The supply delivers a continuous output of 400 W while sourcing a steady 16 A DC to the DC bus; for short load transients under four seconds, it can supply up to 21 A DC. Its nominal bus voltage is 750 VDC, stabilized by an internal 220 nF film capacitor that filters high-frequency ripple. During startup, the control electronics enable the output after a maximum delay of 1 s, ensuring predictable sequencing with downstream drives. Maximum sustained input demand is limited to 445 W, and the feedback terminals tolerate up to 26 VDC to protect sensing circuits.
