B&R Automation manufactures the 8B0M0060HW00.000-1 power module for the 8B0 ACOPOS Multi Power Supplies series. As a centralized supply for coordinated servo axes, the unit converts mains energy to a regulated DC bus and distributes control power from a single mounting point for multi-axis drive arrays used in assembly cells, packaging machines, and similar automation equipment. This arrangement allows several connected axes to share one source for bus power and control voltage inside a common cabinet.
The low-voltage rail is rated for a continuous 1500 W at 24 VDC, giving headroom for drive control electronics, sensors, and field I/O. A conductor cross-section of 21.3 mm² is used on this rail so that copper losses remain within limits at full load. For motor power, the shared DC link provides 200 kW of continuous energy through a bus bar with 72 mm² of copper, and it operates at a nominal 750 VDC to maximize power density while limiting current. The housing carries an IP20 degree of protection, making it suitable for closed control cabinets with limited ingress risk. The unit has an overall height of 385 mm, while the width of 324.5 mm and depth of 13.5 mm allow stacking with adjacent inverters without exceeding standard panel depths.
