The 8B0K3630HC00.001-1 is a power supply module engineered by B & R Automation for the 8B0 ACOPOS Multi Power Supplies series. It conditions incoming three-phase power and supplies a regulated DC bus for coordinated servo axes in machine tools, packaging equipment, and material-handling lines. By maintaining a constant link voltage, the unit allows connected inverters to recover braking energy and share it throughout the drive system, reducing overall cabinet power loss and simplifying system wiring.
The module delivers a nominal DC-link voltage of 750 VDC, while operation can continue down to 235 VDC during a line-voltage sag. Its 24 V service rail is supported by an input capacitance of 28.2 µF, providing short-term hold-up power for the control electronics. A typical cutoff delay of 3 ms prevents nuisance trips when line disturbances occur, and the unit draws no more than 8 W of internal power while in standby mode. The housing carries an IP20 rating, so it must be mounted inside a closed panel but does not require additional gasketing.
