Its TFT color display measures 15 in (381 mm) on the diagonal and renders graphics at 1024 x 768 pixels. Color depth is 262,144 distinct hues, and the Cold-Cathode Fluorescent Lamp backlight provides a brightness of 200 cd/m2, supporting clear viewing in standard factory lighting. Touch input is processed through an Accu Touch sensor that uses an analog resistive layer, so the panel responds to finger presses or stylus contact without requiring special gloves.
