The 5D5100.05/T is a new generation industrial display unit produced by B & R automation to be used in combination with the IPC5000 and the IPC 5600 industrial controller series. This display unit is widely renowned for its ability to display more than 200,000 colors at Video Graphics Array (VGA) resolution of 640 x 480. The display unit can either be mounted directly on the controller or away from it if remote operation is necessary. The diagonal length of the display unit is about 10.4 inches, while the width, height and thickness of the outer dimensions are 310, 270, and 45 millimeters respectively. The back side of this display unit is protected from large solid interference however, the front side is designed to meet the IP65 protection category.
The 5D5100.05/T display unit features a black design, it also has a non-reflective filter glass that aids visibility by reducing the amount of ambient and direct light that hit the screen. The frame of this display unit is made from anodized aluminum, while the decor foil is produced from polyester material.
