Product Description:
The 5D2500.04 is a sophisticated display unit produced by highly trained engineers of the reputable B&R automation. This industrial machine component is intended to be used with the IPC2000 and the IPC2001 industrial computer series, it provides industrial operators with an efficient and reliable interface of communicating and monitoring the operation of the servo system in real time. Before this display unit is delivered, it is tested and certified to meet international quality requirements for industrial applications. The display unit is delivered as a standard device, its front panel meets the IP65 protection class, while the back panel is designed according to the IP20 protection. Although this display unit does not feature the touch screen technology, it has a matrix keyboard that provides operators with accurate control over almost all parts of the servo system. The connection of the keyboard to the controller or any of the standard keypad modules is made with a short cable.
The 5D2500.04 display unit is also uniquely designed to allow for easy installation into the servo system, the controller is mounted on the backside of the housing, the screws required for the mounting of the controller are included with the delivery of the product. Connection between the controller and the display unit is made with a ribbon cable.
The background lightning of the display unit can be set, this setting is made with the help of Mkay Utilities, on the IPC2001 computer, the brightness can be set in the Basic Input/Output System BIOS. The ambient temperature around the display should not be allowed to exceed 50 degrees Celsius during operation, also the display unit should be shielded from extreme humidity.
