The 5D2500.01 Operator interface supports IPC2000 (revision 50.07 or later) and IPC2001 controllers. The interface has a 9.4-inch black and white LCD with a CFL backlight and provides VGA resolution of 640 × 480 pixels and 61 shades of gray.
The 5D2500.01 operator interface terminal contains a total of 43 keys, of which 23 are fitted with an LED. The keys are square in shape and consist of 10 x LED softkeys, 13 x LED function keys and 20 x system keys like cursor and numeric blocks. The front of the display is protected to IP65 standards, providing protection against dust and spray water, and the enclosure provides IP20 protection. The front material consists of non-reflective filter glass, anodized aluminum profile. It has a life of 25,000 hours at 25 degrees Celsius and a brightness of 65 cd/m2 for the operator interface.
