The 5D2210.01/J0 is a display unit designed by B&R Automation with the latest technology to provide industrial operators with an efficient way of exchanging data and information with the IPC2000, and IPC2001 controller units. This display unit is a Thin Film Transistor (TFT) display with compact florescent lamp (CFL) background lightning and a Video Graphics Array (VGA) resolution of about 640 x 480 pixels. This display unit can display more than 262, 144 colors making it the perfect display for industrial computer systems. Unlike conventional display units, the 5D2210.01/J0 does not feature any pressure sensitive keys, instead it is equipped with an accurate analog resistive touch technology. This touch technology provides operators with better control over the operation of the controller and the servo system as a whole. The display unit also feature a black display design around the display bright background.
The backside of the 5D2210.01/J0 display unit is manufactured according to the IP20 protection class, however its front side meet the IP65 protection and is completely resistant to dust and water directed at it from any side. The frame of the 5D2210.01/J0 is made from a corrosion resistant anodized aluminum, while the Decor foil is made from polyester material. The display unit features a black design, it also has a length of about 236 millimeters, and a width of 310 millimeters.
The background lightning of this display unit is about 200 candela per meter square, the background light has a lifespan of 25,000 hours.
