Product Description:

B & R Automation makes the 5D2200.10, which is part of the 5D2 Control Display Panels range. It can operate in temperatures between -20° C and +80° C. B&R Automation designed the 5D2200.10 touchscreen to be a useful way for people and machines to talk to each other on its IPC2000 and IPC2001 generations of industrial PCs. The chassis is strong enough to handle the bumps and wetness that are prevalent on manufacturing floors. Installers like that it can be fixed flat, panel-mounted, or hung up to fit in small or large spaces. The image is handled by a thin-film-transistor core, and the text and icons are so clear that light doesn't cause an issue. The display becomes brighter with compact fluorescent bulbs, reaching roughly 200 candela per square meter.

This means that the reading stays legible even in bright sunshine. Because the touch assembly is an analogue resistive kind, which is less glamourous than projected capacitive but better at handling fluids and impact, users tap on the surface using gloves, sleeve cuffs, or a hard-plastic stylus. The display will last at least five years under normal industrial stress since it has been put through a lot of heat and vibration tests.

The standard says that the screen may be up to 10 meters away from the controlling IPC for cable runs. This gives project engineers important space when they are routing harnesses via steel conduits or overhead trunking. After the initial setup, the display unit only has to be serviced once in a while, making it a good choice for those who want technology that doesn't need a lot of work. The product has been approved by international authorities.

Frequently Asked Questions about 5D2200.10:

Q: What is the primary function of this "Pressure Relief Valve"?

A: It protects a hydraulic system from dangerous overpressure conditions by diverting excess flow.

Q: What is the main advantage of "Subplate mounting" for this valve?

A: It allows the valve to be replaced easily without disturbing the system's pipework.

Q: What does a "Maximum Operating Pressure" of "350 bar" signify?

A: It indicates the valve is suitable for use in high-pressure industrial and mobile hydraulic systems.

Q: How does the "Flow Rate" of "Up to 100 l/min" impact its use?

A: It defines the maximum hydraulic fluid flow the valve can handle, suiting medium-sized systems.

Q: What does the "G 1/2”" port size specification mean?

A: It specifies a standard British Standard Pipe thread for connecting to hydraulic lines of that size.
