The 5D2000.19 is a part used inside control display panels, called 5D2 Control Display Panels, and it uses a special type of bearing. This bearing is a Double Row Angular Contact Ball Bearing, made strong using chrome steel, like the stuff on cars that shines. It is designed to help the machine's parts move like they should. Because it is from chrome steel, the bearing is built to be strong. Therefore, this bearing is what factories want when they need a screen where workers can push buttons, turn knobs through the factory operations, and see information to help them know what is going on.
This 5D2000.19 bearing measures in at an inner diameter of 10 mm and an outer diameter of 30 mm also, a width of 14 mm. So, it is a small but important piece inside machines. It can handle heavy pushing, with a dynamic load rating (c) of 9.6 kN and can stand still under force, called the static load rating (c0) of 5.1 kN. When the machine is moving fast, the bearing can spin up to limiting speed (grease) of 16000 rpm when it uses grease, and a limiting speed (oil) of 20000 rpm when oiled. The fatigue load limit (pu) on the bearing is about 0.216 kN. Which can make sure it lasts even through regular and hard use.
The bearing in the 5D2000.19 control panel is built tough with chrome steel and uses a steel cage to keep the balls inside just where they should be as it spins. It does not have any cover on it, that means the sealing is open but is tested, and works to tolerance class P0 (Normal) standards to meet specifications.
