The cable preserves DVI signal integrity in electrically noisy cabinets where nearby power devices can interfere with video quality.
This assembly measures 1.8 m between connectors and uses a 2x DVI-D (18+1) male plug on each end for direct connection to standard DVI ports. Its conductors use 28 AWG stranded copper to balance flexibility with stable transmission characteristics. The minimum bend radius is ≥5× cable diameter, which helps protect the internal pairs when the cable is routed through moving sections. A PVC outer jacket in beige adds resistance to oils and common shop chemicals.
