The 4P3040.00-K40 is an indexable milling insert with a 4.0 mm thickness and a cutting edge length of 30.40 mm. Manufactured by B & R Automation as part of their 4P Power Panels series, it features K40 grade coating and a positive rake geometry. The 4P3040.00-K40 Power Panel is used to support control operations in industrial automation settings. The 4P3040.00-K40 panel includes a 5.7-inch QVGA monochrome LC-display. This screen allows clear data viewing under basic visibility conditions. The panel includes 8 softkeys and 32 function keys for control input. These keys allow quick access to essential panel attributes and system functions. The device is system-compatible with the 2003 CPU range. It supports onboard memory including 700 KB SRAM and 1.4 MB FlashPROM. The unit includes 1 PCMCIA slot and 6 slots for screw-in modules. These allow hardware extensions based on application requirements. Communication interfaces include an RS232 serial port and a CAN interface. The CAN interface is electrically isolated and suitable for network communication. The panel supports 10 digital inputs operating at 24 VDC.
